Thrifty Traveler is Half Off!

I am a big fan of Thrifty Traveler, a deal alert service that sends flight and hotel deals—cash and points, economy and premium—right to your inbox (with booking instructions, no less).

If you have Amex points, the alerts are great for identifying flash sales from transfer partner Delta, but Thrifty Traveler flags discounted and mistake fares in cash, and from all sorts of other frequent flyer programs, too. It’s also a great way to learn the points landscape—what sort of deals you can expect and how often you might see them.

November has been a great month for deals, and results are never guaranteed, but Thrifty Traveler has delivered great deals year-round for me.
